學(xué)習(xí)的時候很累，想吃一點零食放松一下，麻煩各位推薦了`` 我倒是不怕發(fā)胖，但一定要健康的食品，不要那種凈是添加劑的。

- Z討厭復(fù)制別人的東西。講講自己的經(jīng)驗吧：我經(jīng)常吃的是干果，花生核桃那些～尤其烤香蕉片～很香。但都很咸很甜吃多了也不好。真不如生黃瓜 胡蘿卜那些吃了舒服。 所以說Z好是自制的零食，否則添加劑多得你無法相象。連售賣的干果也是！小時侯媽媽會把地瓜煮了切條曬干。挺好吃的?？梢匀ニ阉?零食diy 的貼。 個人經(jīng)驗有益而好吃的：牛頭牛肉干 波力海苔 豆腐干 挑豆里的豌豆 脆棗（挑好牌子，烘干的，挺香的） 山楂果汁（有款無糖的喝了挺舒服） 無糖酸奶（自己加果肉 不然買“大果粒“那些里面都有添加劑） 其實還是水果Z好。樓上說的石榴就挺好。有意思又好吃。
