TDP系列壓片機說明書楚泰制藥機械設(shè)備有限公司0731-89850016www.ctyj.net一、用途及特點TDP-6T單沖壓片機,能將粉粒狀原料壓制成片劑,可廣泛適用于制藥廠、化工廠、醫(yī)院、科研單位、實驗室試制和小批量生產(chǎn)。本機性能優(yōu)良,適應(yīng)性強,使用方便,易于維修,體積小、重量輕,無電時也可手搖片。本機只裝一付沖模,物料的充填深度、壓片厚度均可調(diào)節(jié),能適應(yīng)制藥行業(yè)壓制各種中、西藥片劑的要求和其它行業(yè)壓制各種類似產(chǎn)品的要求,深受各行業(yè)廣大用戶的歡迎。二、技術(shù)規(guī)范序號項目TDP-6T1Zda壓片力(千牛)602Zda壓片直徑(毫米)253Zda充填深度(毫米)174壓片產(chǎn)量(片/時)約30005配用沖片模型號TDP-66電動機功率(千瓦)單相1.1三相0.757轉(zhuǎn)速(轉(zhuǎn)/分)14008機器重量(公斤)1489長×寬×高(毫米)760×360×690三、壓片機的安裝和接線1、壓片機安裝在牢固的木制工作臺上(也可安裝在水泥臺上)用三付M12地腳螺釘固定。工作臺面至地面的體度約600毫米左右(以手搖,操作方便為度)。為了拆卸修理方便,在木制工作臺上對應(yīng)下沖芯桿的位置還應(yīng)有一個直徑約35毫米的孔。2、接通電機源前先將電動機接好地線,以保安全。再卸下三角皮帶,接通電機電源,開動電機觀察電機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確(電機軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應(yīng)與大皮帶輪輪上的箭頭方向相同),若旋轉(zhuǎn)方向不對,則另行接線,然后再把三角皮帶裝好。四、沖模的使用說明1.沖模的安裝:(1)安裝下沖旋松下沖固定螺釘,轉(zhuǎn)動大皮帶輪使下沖芯桿升到Z高位置,把下沖插入下沖芯桿的孔中(注意使下沖桿的缺口斜面對準下沖緊固螺釘,并要插到底)Z后旋緊下沖固定螺釘。(2)安裝上沖旋松上沖緊固螺母,把上沖插入上沖芯桿的孔中,要插到底,旋緊上沖緊固螺母。(3)安裝中模旋松中模固定螺釘,把中模拿平放入中模臺板的孔中,同時使下沖進入中模的孔中,按到底然后旋緊中模固定螺釘。放中模時須注意把中模拿平,以免歪斜放入時卡住,損壞孔壁。(4)用手轉(zhuǎn)動大皮帶輪,使上沖緩慢下降進入中??字?,觀察有無碰撞或摩擦現(xiàn)象,若發(fā)生碰撞或摩擦,則松開中模臺板固定螺釘(兩只),調(diào)整中模臺板固定的位置,使上沖進入中??字?,再旋緊中模臺板固定螺釘,如此調(diào)整直到上沖頭進入中模時無碰撞或摩擦方為安裝合格。2.出片的調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)動大皮帶輪使下沖升到Z高位置,觀察下沖口面是否與中模平面相齊(或高或低都將影響出片)若不齊則旋松蝶形螺絲,松開齒輪壓板轉(zhuǎn)動上調(diào)節(jié)齒輪,使下沖口面與中模平面相齊,然后將壓板按上,旋緊蝶形螺絲。至此,用手轉(zhuǎn)動大皮帶輪,空車運轉(zhuǎn)十余轉(zhuǎn),若機器運轉(zhuǎn)正常,則可加料試壓,進行下一步調(diào)整。3.充填深度的調(diào)整(即藥片重量的調(diào)整)旋松蝶形螺絲,松開齒輪壓板。轉(zhuǎn)動下調(diào)節(jié)齒輪向左轉(zhuǎn)使下沖芯桿上升,則充填深度減少(藥片重量減輕),反之充填深度(藥片重量增大)。調(diào)好后將齒輪壓板按上,旋緊蝶形螺絲。4.壓力的調(diào)整(即藥片硬度的調(diào)整)旋松滾花螺釘,向下調(diào)節(jié)偏心輪銅套,則壓力加大,壓出的藥片硬度增加;反之,向上調(diào)節(jié)則壓力減小,藥片硬度降低,調(diào)好后旋緊滾花螺釘,將偏心輪銅套鎖緊即可。至此,沖模的調(diào)整基本完成,再啟動電機試壓十余片,檢查片重、硬度和表面光潔度等質(zhì)量如合格,即可投料生產(chǎn)。在生產(chǎn)過程中仍須隨時檢查藥片質(zhì)量,及時調(diào)整。5.沖模的拆卸(1)拆卸上沖旋松上沖緊固螺母,即可將上沖桿拔出,若配合較緊,可用手鉗夾住上沖桿將其拔出,但要注意不可損傷沖頭梭刃。(2)拆卸中模旋松中模固定螺釘。旋下下沖固定螺釘,旋松蝶形螺絲,松開齒輪壓板。轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)齒輪使下沖芯桿上升約十毫米,輕輕轉(zhuǎn)動大皮帶輪,使下沖芯桿將中模頂出一部份,用手將中模取出,若中模在孔中配合緊密,不可用力轉(zhuǎn)動手輪硬頂,以免損壞機件。這時須拆下中模臺板再取出中模。(3)拆卸下沖先已旋下下沖固定螺釘,再轉(zhuǎn)動手輪使下沖芯桿升至Z高位置,即可用手拔出上沖桿。若配合緊密,可用手鉗夾出(注意不要損傷沖頭棱刃)。(4)沖模拆卸后尚須轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)齒輪,使下沖芯桿退下約10毫米,轉(zhuǎn)動手輪使下沖芯桿升至Z高位置時,其頂端不高于中模臺板的底面隨可(這一步不要忽略,以免再次使用發(fā)生下沖芯桿與中模頂撞的事故)。Z后仍將下沖固定螺釘旋上。五、主要機件的拆卸與安裝1.中模臺板拆卸:抽出擋粉板,取下料斗,旋出加料器緊定螺釘、旋下加料器固定螺柱和彈簧,取下加料器,旋下中模臺板固定螺釘及彈簧墊圈,即可取下中模臺板。安裝:參考上述相反順序進行。在旋上加料器緊固螺釘時須注意對正。以免損壞加料器的絲孔。2.上沖芯桿:拆卸:旋松上沖芯桿小軸緊固螺釘,取出小軸,再旋松上沖芯桿緊定螺釘。先拆下主軸(參照5主軸),拔出即可,安裝時須先裝上上沖芯桿,然后才能安裝主軸等。3.下沖芯桿:拆卸:旋下下沖固定螺釘,蝶形螺絲及齒輪壓板轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)齒輪,使下沖芯桿下降并從機身底孔下取出。安裝:參考上述相反順序進行。4.大皮帶輪、小齒輪及過橋軸拆卸:抵下三角皮帶,旋下過橋軸左、右兩端螺絲及壓板,用木錘輕敲大皮帶輪,將其拆下,抽出過橋軸,再用木錘將小齒輪敲下即可。安裝:參考上述相反順序進行。5.主軸:拆卸:拆卸主軸應(yīng)兩人進行。首先拆下防護罩,然后拆下大齒輪,松開升降凸輪及偏心輪、緊固螺釘。拆下?lián)芰贤馆?,再用木錘和銅棒敲打軸端(注意不要損傷軸端螺孔),同時拿牢軸的另一端并挾住偏心輪殼及升降凸輪,慢慢將主軸拆下。(注意:勿使提升滾輪及拔料滾輪丟失。)安裝:參考上述相反順序進行。六、機器的潤滑和保養(yǎng)1.各運動機件摩擦面的潤滑是保證機器正常運轉(zhuǎn)和延長使用壽命的重要環(huán)節(jié),特別是各主要運動件若在缺油情況下干轉(zhuǎn)運轉(zhuǎn)會迅速損壞而不能使用,因此壓片機在使用前必須將全部油杯、油孔和摩擦面加上潤滑油,并空車運轉(zhuǎn)使各摩擦面布滿油膜,然后方可投入使用。今后每班按時加油,但每次加油也不可過多,以免溢出影響清潔,沾污藥片。各加油部位及加油次數(shù)見下表:加油部位及加油次數(shù)表序號加油部位所加潤滑油每班加油次數(shù)1主軸孔油杯(2只)黃油2-3次2偏心輪殼油孔(壓力調(diào)整用的螺絲孔)機油2-3次3過橋輪軸油杯2只(機身后部)黃油2-3次4升降凸輪凹槽黃油每班檢查凹槽表面擦去污物,加黃油一次5充填(加料)凸輪的凹槽黃油每班檢查、視情況加油6齒輪齒面黃油每班檢查、視情況加油7上沖芯桿油孔黃油1次8杠桿的擺動支點處黃油1次9上沖芯桿的表面黃油2次10升降桿的表面黃油2次2.每班前均須檢查各螺絲是否松動,在工作過程中也應(yīng)經(jīng)常注意檢查,如有松動,立即旋緊,以免發(fā)生故障。其主要部位有:(1)上沖緊固螺母,中模固定螺釘,下沖固定螺釘;(2)上沖芯桿小軸固定螺釘;(3)升降叉鎖緊螺母(2只)蝶形螺絲;(4)中模臺板固定螺釘;(5)料斗固定螺釘;(6)拔料桿聯(lián)接螺絲。3.每班前和每次調(diào)班后都須手搖試壓幾片,無問題后再開電動壓片。4.在壓片過程中須經(jīng)常檢查沖模質(zhì)量,如發(fā)現(xiàn)有缺邊、裂紋、變形成嚴重損壞,應(yīng)及時更換,以免發(fā)生故障損壞機器和影響片劑質(zhì)量。5.每天使用完畢后應(yīng)將剩余粉粒取出,擦清機器各部。若停用時間較長,則須拆下沖模,將機器各摩擦面、工作面擦凈,涂以防銹油,罩上防塵衣;沖模應(yīng)擦凈后浸入油中保桌面出版系統(tǒng)。6.定期檢查機器每月2次。七、使用注意事項1.初次使用前應(yīng)對照機器實物仔細閱讀說明書,然后再使用。2.本機器只能按一定方向運轉(zhuǎn)(見手輪或防護罩上的箭頭所示),不可反轉(zhuǎn),以免損壞機件。壓片調(diào)整時尤需注意,不要疏忽。3.皮帶松緊調(diào)節(jié):通過機電底板上的兩個調(diào)節(jié)螺母進行調(diào)節(jié)。調(diào)好后注意鎖緊。4.電動壓片,在啟動前應(yīng)使上沖芯桿處在上升位置然后再啟動。若在上沖處于下降位置的情況下啟動,則剛剛開始起動就進入了中模壓片,這時由于機器的轉(zhuǎn)速還未上去慣性較小,容易發(fā)生頂車的情況。(即上沖頭進入中模后由于藥片的抗力而“頂死”,使機器停止運轉(zhuǎn),頂車時由于負荷較大,往往損壞機件或燒毀電機)。5.頂車后的處理辦法(1)在電動壓片時發(fā)生頂車情況,應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電源,以免燒毀電機。(2)頂車情況較輕時,可用手扳轉(zhuǎn)手輪使上沖通過“死點”(但不可反轉(zhuǎn),以免加料器重復(fù)加料,造成更嚴重的頂車)。(3)嚴重頂車時,須拆下上沖桿小軸,使其上升以減小壓力,再轉(zhuǎn)動手輪將藥片頂出,然后重新調(diào)整藥片硬度。6.在壓片過程中須經(jīng)營檢查藥片質(zhì)量(片重、硬度、表面光潔度等),及時調(diào)整。7.壓片前的配料制料工藝對壓片有很大的影響。藥料和滑料、填料、粘結(jié)劑等輔料的配方制顆粒的情況(粉子的狀況、顆粒松緊、粉料的比例、含水量等),都直接影響藥片質(zhì)量。并往往由于配料制粒不當而不能成片,甚至損壞機器。因此,本機器不能用于半固體的或潮濕的或無顆粒細粉子壓片。在使用中若發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力已調(diào)得相當大仍壓不成片或雖壓成片但出現(xiàn)過于疏松、起層、碎片、麻點、掉粉等現(xiàn)象,就應(yīng)從配料等方面找出原因、加以解決。切不可一味調(diào)整加大壓力,以至損壞機器。此外,有些藥料壓出的藥片硬度雖然不大,但具有一定的韌性,其抗摔抗震性并不差(通常以從1-1.2米高度掉在地面不碎即可),因此應(yīng)以滿足運轉(zhuǎn)保管的要求為度不要單從硬度著眼,以免壓片壓力過大,損壞機器。八、常見的故障序號類別故障情況發(fā)生故障的原因故障的預(yù)防及處理1頂車上沖進入中模后“頂死”,機器停止運轉(zhuǎn)(1)壓力調(diào)得過大;藥片過硬。(2)重復(fù)加料。(3)偏心輪殼及主軸孔缺油,轉(zhuǎn)動阻力太大,甚至嚴重磨損發(fā)生“咬死”的現(xiàn)象。(4)皮帶太松。(5)啟動位置不當。(6)手搖用力不夠。(1)調(diào)整壓力時要逐漸調(diào)整,不可一次調(diào)整過多,藥片也不能壓得過硬。(2)避免重復(fù)加料見序號5。(3)經(jīng)常保持潤滑,若已嚴重磨損或“咬死”,須立即拆卸修理。(4)調(diào)整皮帶,見使用注意事項第3條。(5)見使用注意事項第4條(6)手搖壓片在啟動時或上沖頭通過Zdi點時須較為用力。(7)頂車后的處理辦法見使用注意事項第5條。2運轉(zhuǎn)不靈一般運轉(zhuǎn)不靈運動件摩擦面缺油、進入臟物、生銹、嚴重磨壞機件配合不良。經(jīng)常檢查各機件,保持清潔及潤滑(見潤滑保養(yǎng)第1條)。發(fā)現(xiàn)不良情況須立即修理,勿使惡化至損壞機器下沖上升時沉重或被阻擋(1)由于沖模表面不光或已磨損;或由于配料制粒不當,使粉子粘附在沖頭及中模表面,增大了出片阻力。(2)升降凸輪嚴重磨損或進入雜物(3)調(diào)整不當,使下沖芯桿上升時與中模相磨。(1)檢查中模,如發(fā)現(xiàn)有粘?,F(xiàn)象,則根據(jù)情況修換沖模或重新處理藥料。(2)檢查修理,保持清潔及潤滑。(3)調(diào)整時注意下沖與中模的同心度。3振動不正常振動(1)機件和螺絲松動。(2)機件嚴重磨損。(3)摩擦面干澀缺油或進入臟物。(1)經(jīng)常檢查,見潤滑保養(yǎng)第2條。(2)經(jīng)常檢查,及時修換已磨損的機件。(3)經(jīng)常注意各摩擦面的清潔與潤滑,特別要注意不能直接看到的然而工作負荷又是Z重要的主軸和偏芯輪的摩擦面。4磨損主軸與孔的摩擦面迅速磨損,甚至燒壞。缺油,進入雜質(zhì)。經(jīng)常保持清潔與潤滑,所用潤滑油必須干凈無雜質(zhì)。小齒輪與軸迅速磨損同上同上上沖芯桿與套迅速磨損同上同上升降凸輪凹槽迅速磨損除上述原因還有:(1)配料制粒不當,或沖模表面不光,發(fā)生粘?,F(xiàn)象,增加了出片阻力和升降凸輪凹槽的負荷而迅速磨損。(2)升降滾輪由于配合太緊或生銹而轉(zhuǎn)不動。(1)檢查沖模,如有粘?,F(xiàn)象則根據(jù)情況修換沖模或重新配料制粒。(2)拆下修理。沖模表面迅速磨損(1)調(diào)整不當,上沖頭與中模相摩擦。(2)配料制粒不當,如滑料太少,粉子太粗等。(1)另行調(diào)整。(2)重新處理藥料。5加料器損壞與下沖相碰壞(1)出片調(diào)節(jié)不當,下沖高出中模平面。(2)下沖固定螺釘松動,下沖升出中模平面。沖模安裝調(diào)整時須注意發(fā)現(xiàn)螺絲松動立即將沖模按到底擰緊固定螺釘。與中模相碰壞中模固定螺釘松動,中模升出中模臺板平面。同上被上沖碰壞(1)調(diào)整時反轉(zhuǎn),引起相碰。(2)調(diào)整時上沖芯桿的位置太低,轉(zhuǎn)動手輪引起相碰。調(diào)整時注意6卸模困難上沖桿、下沖桿或中模在孔中取不出來。(1)沖模尺寸或壓片機??壮叽绮缓细?,配合太緊。(2)配合面生銹。(1)安裝時注意,如發(fā)現(xiàn)配合太緊即行修換。(2)安裝時應(yīng)擦凈配合面并涂上一層油膜,較長時間不用應(yīng)拆下沖模擦凈配合面,涂以防銹油,妥善保存。7重疊片兩次加料壓成一片在調(diào)整藥片時尚未頂出又反轉(zhuǎn)手輪使加料器重復(fù)加料,造成重疊片。(1)調(diào)整時注意不要反轉(zhuǎn)。(2)已重復(fù)加料但尚未成重疊片時可慢慢反轉(zhuǎn)手輪將藥片頂上來,拂去重復(fù)加的料、撥出藥片,若已壓成重疊片并頂了車,則按頂車情況處理(見使用注意事項第1處)。8跳片與碎片藥片被打出時,過于蹦跳或破碎(1)出片調(diào)節(jié)不當,下沖低于中模平面,使藥片出來時被擋而跳甚至被擠碎。(2)中模固定螺釘松動,中模升起阻擋出片。(1)調(diào)節(jié)下沖位置使下沖升至Z高時與中模平面相平。(2)調(diào)整中模并緊固螺釘。9毛邊片與開裂片藥片從中模中頂出時圓周面被擦傷,甚至藥片破裂。(1)中模光潔度不合格或已磨損而擦傷藥片圓周面,同時由于出片不順利往往使藥片被頂裂。(2)配料制粒不當發(fā)生粘模現(xiàn)象,造成毛邊片或開裂片。(1)更換中模(注:中模一面磨損后可翻過來安裝,使用另一面)。(2)重新處理藥料。10藥片不光藥片表面有麻點凹坑或出現(xiàn)揭蓋現(xiàn)象。(1)沖頭表面不光。(2)配料制粒不當。(1)修換沖頭。(2)重新處理藥料。11藥片疏松藥片硬度不夠,疏松易碎,起層等。(1)壓力不夠。(2)配料制粒不當。(1)調(diào)節(jié)壓力(見“四”“4”)。(2)重新處理藥料。12片重不穩(wěn)片重差異過大(1)下沖緊固螺釘松動,下沖頭升起,減少了充填量。(2)蝶形螺絲松動,下調(diào)節(jié)輪轉(zhuǎn)動,改變了充填量。(3)顆粒松緊及大小不勻。(1)把下沖按到底,旋緊下沖固定螺釘。(2)重新調(diào)整并緊固。(3)配料制粒時注意,特別是在把碎片碾碎重壓時須注意。13上沖不能進入中模上沖桿與中??撞煌S(1)中模臺板錯位。(2)上沖桿安裝不正。(1)松開中模臺板固定螺釘,轉(zhuǎn)動手輪,使上沖緩慢下降進入中??字校{(diào)整中模臺板固定的位置,使上沖頭進入中模時無碰撞或摩擦,然后旋緊中模臺板固定螺釘。(2)旋松上沖緊固螺母,將上沖桿任意旋轉(zhuǎn)一角度,再將上沖桿緊固螺母旋緊,然后重復(fù)**步操作,直到合適為止。九、TDP-6T壓片機明細簡圖1.機座機身2.調(diào)節(jié)齒輪3.鎖緊塊4.升降叉5.料杯螺栓6.出料斗7.臺板8.藥片擋板9.沖頭10.料杯11.上沖芯桿12.加料桿(撥料桿)13.大皮帶輪14.加(撥)料凸輪15.三角帶16.皮帶輪罩殼17.壓力調(diào)整滾花螺釘18.偏心輪19.偏心銅套20.偏心輪殼21.提升(升降)凸輪22.4-M10油杯23.齒輪罩殼24.主軸25.大齒輪26.傳動軸27.小齒輪28.升降桿29.電機30.電器十、電器原理圖ENLKL1KPKL2M12VTC+CSB2KPKL2SB1KL2KL1HL(GN)HL(RD)[詳細]

rparts,totheextendthemiddlepresswheninstal領(lǐng)shallnotcontactthetopofthescrew.Asthemiddledieisverytight,placeitstably,insertthesmashingrodintothepressholeandhammeritingently.Whenthemiddledieisinthediehole,itsplaneshallnotbehigherthantheturretplane,andfinally,tightenwiththescrew.Instal領(lǐng)theupperpress:Dismantletheinlaidtongue,inserttheupperpressleverintothehole,rotatethepressleverwiththethumbandtheindexfinger,tochecktheflexibilityoftheupward/downwardmovementoftheheadinthemiddledie,thereshallbenoclogging.Thenturnthehandwheeltothepresslevertocontacttheparalleltrack.Aftercompletingtheinstallationoftheupperpresslever,installtheinlaidtongue.Instal領(lǐng)thelowerpress:installasperthemethodfortheupperpress,andinstallthelowerpressontheloading/unloadingtrack.Commissioning:afterinstal領(lǐng)allthedies,turnthehandwheeltomaketheturretrotate2circles,observetheoperationoftheupper/lowerpressleversinthemiddledieholeandonthetracks.Thereshallbenocloggingorcollision.Payattentiontotheupmostpoint(i.e.tabletreleasepoint),itshallbe0.10.3mmhigherthantheturretoperationsurface.Closeallthedoors,startthemotortorunwithoutloadfor2minutes,andthemachinecanbeputintouseafterthenormaloperation.4.2Installationandadjustmentoffeeder:installthefeederonthecarriage,fixwiththeknurledscrew,thenadjusttheadjustingscrewtomakethespacingbetweenthefeederbottomandtheturretoperationsurfaceas0.050.1mm,andtightentheknurledscrew.Adjusttheheightofthepowderscrappingplatetomakethebottomplanealignedwiththeturretoperationsurface,thentightenwithscrew.4.3Adjustmentoffeedinunt:Itiscontrolledbytheadjustmenthandwheelinstalledattherightsideinfrontofthemachine,withtheindicationsymbolsatthesideofthehandwheel.Thefeedinuntdecreaseswhenthehandwheelrotatesintheclockwisedirection;andtheamountincreaseswhenthehandwheelrotatesinthecounterclockwisedirection.Thereshallbeenoughgrainsinthefeederwhenmakingtheadjustment,andtheadjustthepressuretoensurethesufficienthardnessofthetabletstofacilitatetheweighing.4.4Adjustmentoftabletthickness(pressure):Itiscontrolledbytheadjustmenthandwheelinstalledattheleftsideinfrontofthemachine,withtheindicationsymbolsatthesideofthehandwheel.Thetabletthicknessdecreases(thepressureincreases)whenthehandwheelrotatesinthecounterclockwisedirection;andthetabletthicknessincreases(thepressuredecreases)whenthehandwheelrotatesintheclockwisedirection.Whenthefeedinuntisadjusted,thethicknessandthehardnessofthetabletshallbecheckedandtheappropriatefineadjustmentshallbemadeuntilitiscomplied.4.5Powdersupplyadjustment:Uponadjustmentofthefeedinunt,adjustthegrainflow.Firstunscrewtheboltatthesideofthebucketcarriage,thenadjusttheadjustingboltonthebucketcarriagetoadjustthedistancefromthebucketmouthtotheturretoperationsurface,totheextendthestorageamountofgrainsatthefeedingmouthwillnotoverflow.Tightenwithscrewsaftertheadjustment.4.6Speedselection:Themethodforspeedadjustmentisverysimple.Therotationspeedshallincreasewhenturningtheadjustingbuttonintheclockwisedirection,andthespeedshalldecreasewheninthecounterclockwisedirection.Thekeypointistheselectionofthespeed,whichisdirectlyrelatedtotheservicelifeofthemachine,thetabletweightandquality.Astherearethedifferencesinthenature,viscosity,watercontentandthegraindiameterdistributionofthegrains,thetabletdiameterandthepressures,nouniformrequirementsaremadeforthespeedselection,whichcanonlybedeterminedaspertheactualsituationandtheexperienceofthetechnicalpersonnel.However,ingeneral,whenpressingthematerialswithhighercontentofmineralandplantfibers,inlargetabletdiameterorpooradhesiveness,itisbettertoadoptthelowspeedforpressingthetabletandthemaximumspeedcannotexceed25turns/minutes.Incontrast,whenpressingthematerialswithgoodadhesivenessandflowrate,insmalltabletdiameterandeasilymolded,thehighspeedcanbeadopted.Andtheoptimaltabletpressingspeedcanberealizedthroughtrialsandadjustments.Itisrecommendedthattherotationspeedforthecontinuouspressingshallnotexceed80%ofthemaximumratedrotationspeed.5.ElectricalOperationOperationpanelofconsole:Operationprocedures:Opentheswitchcabinetdoorandswitchonthepowersupply,andtheindicationlampontheoperationpanelison;pressRUNbutton,slowlyturnthefrequencyconversionbutton,andthespeedshallslowlyincrease.Whenemergencystopisrequired,pressSTOPbutton,andthemachineshallstopimmediately.Uponcompletionoftabletpressing,opentheswitchdoortoswitchoffthepower.6.TroubleshootingJitterofupper/lowerpressingwheel:wearofpressingwheelduetolackoflubrication.Incaseofslightwear,repairandaddlubricant;forseriouswear,replaceimmediately.Wearofuppertrack:Drywearfromlackoflubricant,causingslightdamageofthetracksurface,repairtimelyand,replaceitforseriouscases;Forthelubricationbetweenthetrackwithpoorenamelandthepresslever,thegreasecanbeusedforlubrication,30”geargreaseortheaircompressorgreasecanbeused,toapplyoncewiththebrushbeforestartingthemachine;Toomuchdusttocausethepressliftedandwearoftheuppertrack.Changethegrainproductionprocesstoensurethepowdercontentofgrain(above100mesh)notmorethan10%;IndicatoroftabletweightdifferenceWearorincorrectinstallationoffe
