- 旭計(jì)器工業(yè)ASACHIGAUGE波爾登管壓力表的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理波爾登管壓力表分為波爾登管耐震壓力表,波爾登管膜盒壓力表,波爾登管隔膜壓力表,不銹鋼波爾登管壓力表,波爾登管電接點(diǎn)壓力表,等等。普通波爾登管壓力表,耐腐蝕的氨用壓力表、禁油的氧氣壓力表等波爾登管壓力表主要由波爾登管、齒輪傳動(dòng)放大機(jī)構(gòu),指針、刻度盤和外殼等幾部分組成,如圖3-6所示。波爾登管1是一根彎成圓弧形的空心金屬管子,其截面做成扁圓或橢圓形,它的一端封閉(稱自由端,即彈簧竹受壓變形后的變形位移的輸出端).另一端(稱固定端,即被測壓力P的輸入端)焊接在固定支柱上.并與管接頭9相通。波爾登管壓力表的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理ASK壓力表NKS壓力表-**計(jì)器-右下精器-東洋計(jì)器興業(yè)當(dāng)被測壓力的介質(zhì)通過管接頭9進(jìn)人波爾登管的內(nèi)腔中,呈橢圓形的波爾登管截面在介質(zhì)壓力的作用下有變圓的趨勢,彎成圓弧形的波爾登管隨之產(chǎn)生向外挺直的擴(kuò)張變形、從而使波爾登管的自由端產(chǎn)生位移。此位移牽動(dòng)拉桿2帶動(dòng)扇形齒輪3作逆時(shí)針偏轉(zhuǎn),指針5通過同軸ZX齒輪4的帶動(dòng)作順時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),從而在面板6的刻度標(biāo)尺上指示出被測壓力(表壓力)的數(shù)值。指針旋轉(zhuǎn)角的大小與波爾登管自由端的位移量成正比,也就是與所測介質(zhì)壓力的大小成正比。被測壓力被波爾登管自身的變形所產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力相平衡。游絲7的作用是用來克服扇形齒輪和ZX齒輪的傳動(dòng)間隙所引起的壓力表變差。調(diào)核螺釘8可以改變拉桿和扇形齒輪的連接位置,即可改變傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)比(放大系數(shù)),以調(diào)整壓力表的量程。波爾登管式一般壓力表主要用于液體、氣體與蒸汽壓力和真空的測量;測力特殊介質(zhì)的壓力表如:氨用壓力表(耐腐蝕)、氧氣壓力表(禁油)等必須嚴(yán)格遵守技術(shù)規(guī)定。波爾登管壓力表的日常維護(hù)與使用1、壓力表應(yīng)在封裝完好的情況下,色標(biāo)齊全有效,并且在保證期限內(nèi)使用,否則需要重新檢定。2、壓力表的日常檢查1)壓力表外殼、玻璃罩的密封良好。2)壓力表閥門、導(dǎo)壓管路、連接件無泄漏,無銹蝕、耐震油位正常無泄漏。3)標(biāo)志正確、清晰、齊全、無影響讀書的缺陷。4)示值與生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行工況相符。3、壓力表安裝的正常工作位置是與盤面垂直放置。壓力表在測量平穩(wěn)壓力時(shí).不得超過壓力表測量上限的3/4;測量脈動(dòng)、沖擊壓力時(shí),不得超過壓力表測欲上限的2/3。4、壓力表調(diào)整校對時(shí)的溫度是+20℃土5℃,當(dāng)在周困環(huán)境溫度為-40-+600C范圍內(nèi)使用時(shí),應(yīng)考慮溫度附加誤差。5、壓力表在下列條件下使用時(shí),應(yīng)安裝附加裝置:1)被測介質(zhì)溫度高于環(huán)境溫度時(shí),應(yīng)安裝充滿隔熱液體的彎管裝置,使進(jìn)人表內(nèi)的介質(zhì)溫度不大于+60℃。2)被測介質(zhì)對壓力表零件有腐蝕作用時(shí),應(yīng)安裝充滿中性液體的隔離容器.要求中性液體與工作介質(zhì)不發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)。3)測量高黏性介質(zhì)時(shí)、應(yīng)裝設(shè)灌入低黏性液體的隔離棄器,要求填充液體之壓力變化不得比工作介質(zhì)的壓力變化遲緩。4)被測介質(zhì)的壓力有激烈變化或脈動(dòng)時(shí)、應(yīng)安裝緩沖器,使彈性元件承受的壓力變化均勻。5)用于沖擊和振動(dòng)時(shí)、應(yīng)安裝緩沖器與彎管.使傳導(dǎo)到壓力表的沖擊不大于20m/s及每分鐘不超過100次以上。6、壓力表在使用中應(yīng)作定期的檢查,如壓力壓力表發(fā)生故障,應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行修理。7、壓力表經(jīng)長期使用后,由于灰塵佼入內(nèi)部,可能出現(xiàn)指針跳動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。這時(shí)需將壓力表拆開,仔細(xì)清理指針機(jī)構(gòu),并在各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸處涂以鐘表油。重新裝好后,需進(jìn)行示值校驗(yàn)。8、壓力表長期使用后,如達(dá)不到精度要求時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)修理或另換新壓力表.不得勉強(qiáng)使用。9、氧氣壓力表嚴(yán)禁測量一切含油成分的氣體或液體,否則有爆炸危險(xiǎn)。[詳細(xì)]
