超聲波清洗機(jī)原理
- 一、超聲波清洗機(jī)簡(jiǎn)介 超聲波清洗機(jī),是一種利用超聲波來(lái)清洗某些物品的儀器。超聲波在清洗液中不斷地傳播,與清洗槽一起以一固定頻率振動(dòng),利用材料的“空化”效應(yīng)來(lái)完成清洗的功能,其清洗效果好,隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,超聲波清洗機(jī)也由清洗行業(yè)不斷向其他領(lǐng)域擴(kuò)展二、超聲波清洗機(jī)原理 首先,超聲波發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生高頻振蕩信號(hào);其次,超聲波換能器將高頻振蕩信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械振蕩并將其發(fā)送至清洗液中;再次,超聲波在清洗液中不斷向前傳播,使得清洗液不斷流動(dòng),在超聲波縱向傳播的負(fù)壓區(qū)產(chǎn)生直徑在幾十到幾百微米的微小氣泡并以相同的頻率不停振動(dòng);Z后,在超聲波縱向傳播的正壓區(qū),當(dāng)聲壓達(dá)到某一臨界值時(shí),氣泡猛增并突然閉合,產(chǎn)生沖擊波并在其附近產(chǎn)生N多大氣壓,大氣壓使得不溶性污漬并脫離物體,存在于清洗液中,達(dá)到清洗的目的。三、超聲波清洗機(jī)原理應(yīng)用 超聲波清洗機(jī)現(xiàn)已廣泛應(yīng)用于鐘表首飾行業(yè)、YL行業(yè)、機(jī)械行業(yè)、紡織印染行業(yè)等等。如不銹鋼刀具、燈飾、首飾的噴涂前處理,金屬物件的氧化處理、機(jī)械部件的除油除銹、火車車廂的污漬去除等等。[詳細(xì)]
