【概述】當(dāng)溫濕度控制器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后,濕度實(shí)際值一直無法到達(dá)設(shè)定值,且濕度實(shí)際值低于濕度設(shè)定值很多

檢查步驟: Check steps

1、查看是否濕度部份的固態(tài)繼電器燒毀斷路: 如果加熱器未燒毀,使用用電表交流電壓檔,電壓檔位開到600伏特的位置,將紅黑棒分別放在線號標(biāo)注為H的那一顆固態(tài)繼電器交流兩側(cè),將溫度部份的濕度設(shè)定值設(shè)置100%,此時(shí)濕度部份的固態(tài)繼電器的指示燈會(huì)亮起,如果量測的電壓值沒有變化,維持在220V或者380V,則代表固態(tài)繼電器燒毀呈現(xiàn)斷路狀態(tài)。

2、查看保險(xiǎn)絲是否燒毀; Check if the fuse burns.

3、查看是否加濕桶加熱器燒毀:將加濕桶加熱器兩條線剪斷,使用三用電表歐姆檔,量取電阻值,如果電阻呈現(xiàn)無限大,代表加熱器燒毀。 

Check if humidifying barrel and heater burn: cut off the two of the humidifying barrel and heater, use the three-meter ohmmeter and measure the resistance, if the resistance appears to be infinite, it means the heater will be burnt out.

解決辦法: Solutions

1、更換濕度部份的固態(tài)繼電器(線號標(biāo)注為H的那一顆固態(tài)繼電),或者通知售后上門進(jìn)行維修; 

Replace the solid state relay of the humidity part (the one marked with the line number of H), or notify the after-sales staff to conduct on-site maintenance.

2、更換同規(guī)格保險(xiǎn)絲; Replace fuses of the same specification.

3、通知加濕桶加熱器的商家, 或者通知售后上門進(jìn)行維修。

Notify the business of the humidification barrel and heater, or notify the after-sales service for on-site maintenance.
