The Natural Organic Dye MSn Library for Museum
and Art Conservation applications was created using
common known colorant sources (pre-1856) obtained
from plants and animals (Kremer Pigmente). Femtograms
of sample can be screened to determine the source of
colorant by running a simple High Performance Liquid
Chromatography (HPLC) mass spectrometry (MS) method
with the Bruker amaZonTM SL ion trap mass spectrometry
system combined with automatic MSn reference library
searching. amaZon SL 離子阱電噴霧質譜
