一、成果簡介
純有機(jī)室溫磷光材料由于具有理論上禁止自旋的三重態(tài),通常表現(xiàn)出較低的磷光量子產(chǎn)率(?P)和較長的磷光壽命(τP)。
在此,通過引入一個(gè)給體-受體(D-A)骨架和一個(gè)phenoxaselenine給體,在非晶膜中開發(fā)了三個(gè)具有高的?P和短的τP的非芳香胺給體化合物。除了硒的重原子效應(yīng)增強(qiáng)了自旋軌道耦合(SOC)外,促進(jìn)軌道角動(dòng)量變化的D-A骨架進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了SOC,剛性分子結(jié)構(gòu)也抑制了嚴(yán)重的非輻射能量耗散。因此,基于2-(phenoxaselenin-3-yl)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(PXSeDRZ)的RTP有機(jī)發(fā)光二極管(OLED)實(shí)現(xiàn)了19.5%的創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄的高外量子效率。此外,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了電壓依賴的顏色可調(diào)發(fā)射和單分子白色發(fā)射。
這些結(jié)果揭示了純有機(jī)磷光材料作為高效OLED發(fā)射器的廣闊前景,特別是在潛在的迷人照明應(yīng)用中。
